Jake F. was very polite and pleasant during the service call. He got right to work doing his job and wasted no time. He took time though to chat and also reached up and got a bad light bulb out for me after changing the filter in the hallway. ( I really appreciated his helpfulness as I would have to stand on a ladder to get it and he just reached up his arm and got it out). Jake was professional in attitude, neatly dressed and a good representative of Perfect Service!

Workman was polite, clean, and he changed his paper shoe covers every time he came in the house. They had a cancellation in the am so came and did mine. He didn’t try to sell me something either.

Terry was very polite and thorough. He provided feedback about the existing system and improvements that could be made and also messaged photos that he took of the unit. He's very good at what he does. My front room has previously been too hot in the summer regardless of the AC being on and too cold in the winter regardless of the heat being on. Since the tune up the room temperature has stabilized . It's comfortable now. An amazing difference! Thanks Terry for not breaking anything and caring about the work you do.
