Conducted fall maintenance on Tempstar F80CTL single-stage furnace and addressed indoor air quality in Bessemer. Cleaned heat exchanger cells using brush and vacuum. Replaced standard filter with Aprilaire 213 MERV 13. Lubricated blower motor. Tightened electrical connections. Cleaned condensate system. Checked flue for proper draft. Performed combustion analysis with Testo 310, optimizing air-fuel ratio. Calibrated thermostat. Installed Tempstar DGAPAH whole-house air purifier. Applied duct sealant to accessible joints. Tested system operation in all modes. Left detailed report of services performed and recommendations for future maintenance.
