Team Perfect Service !.
We responded to a service call for an AC system that wasn’t cooling properly. Upon inspection, we found that the refrigerant levels were low, causing the system to lose its cooling efficiency. After checking for leaks, we recharged the system to the manufacturer’s specifications. Additionally, the condenser coils were dirty, so we performed a thorough cleaning to improve airflow. After completing the necessary repairs and maintenance, the AC unit was back to providing efficient cooling throughout the home.

I'm glad to have the service done twice a year to keep my units in good working order. It was performed in a timely manner and now we are good until spring. I do get tired of the sales tactics from some of the techs to buy additional, very expensive add-ons or additional services. Don't pressure me, just present the facts and let's let it go at that. I will let you know if I can afford it or want it.
