Perfect service has a great team. The technician arrived on schedule and provided professional friendly service. He wore little footies over his shoes to protect my flooring. I like how Perfect Service is pro-active and has excellent customer service. They remind me of the needed seasonal service, then they schedule the appointment at my convienence, then they give a quick reminder call one day before the appointment, then after the service is complete they follow-up to make sure all was performed to my satisfaction. Noah was polite and friendly to me and my little dog. He worked diligently on the unit to clean it. He also put my faucet protector back on the outside faucet as I asked him to do. He came in afterwards and reviewed his actions, as well as documenting them. He let me know when he was leaving, which I appreciated.
