Installed a new TemPStar NXA648GKD 4 ton air conditioner today. Properly located and level-mounted condenser on concrete pad per specifications. Matched existing evaporator coil with new piston and new THX-BBD expansion device. Ran new lineset with proper insulation and made brazed connections. Evacuated entire system to 500 microns using a Fieldpiece EVAC vacuum pump. Charged with TemPStar-specified R-410A refrigerant weight for this model. Tested operation - system is performing to rated efficiency with proper superheat and subcooling values.

TJ provided excellent service. He checked my unit and cleaned the outside unit. He answered my questions and helped me change out the filter (which is hard for me to do because it is located in the ceiling. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
